New Stable For Gentle

Jul 17, 2014

After spending the last four years training under the Cobbitty Lodge brand, from their property on the out skirts of Sydney and also utalising Rosehill to train his horses Brian has decieded it is time to go back out training in his own right. With this decision it will mean he will be moving his stable from Cobbitty to one of the best provincial tracks in Victoria at Bendigo.

" It's a great set up at Bendigo, we have 14 boxes and 13 day yards on course. The use of many extras such a swimming facilities and walking machine just to mention a few" Brian said.

The future is looking very bright for Brian moving to Bendigo with many new options to expand on his stable " we have bought a few horses over the past couple of years and as they are mainly owned by clients in Victoria it seems the most logical thing to and move closer to the people that are supporting the stable" said Brian

Whilst Brian's current Victorian clients have been more than happy to race their horses with Brian in Sydney, Brian felt that between the ATC making things difficult to obtain boxes at Rosehill and the dominance of Sydney racing through one trainer which is not good for racing, Brian felt his owners will be able to recieve a better return for their dollar in Victoria as well "it's the dollar return the the owner that I worry about the most, all I'm concerned with is trying to put money in the bank for my owners" Gentle said

The Bendigo stable doors open for business on 1st August 2014, during September Brian will be having an open day for all current clients along with any one else who would like to come along. Should you be interested in attending the open day contaci Brian at
