Nov 02, 2012

At the first Canterbury night meeting of the season, we saw the promising Destiny Rising step out in the three year old maiden over 1100m. With Blake Shinn aboard Destiny Rising jumped ok but was soon sent to the front by Shinn. After straightening up for home he give a kick only to be run down by two first starters More Leverage and You'll Never. Destiny rising done a great job to hold onto third placing after setting a cracking speed which saw the time of the race being 1.7 seconds faster than the other division of the race.
